For Immediate Release:
(Tampa, FL. August 9, 2009)-- Creature Productions Inc. will release the sequel to the successful Tidbits of Terror horror anthology this Halloween 2009. The sequel is appropriately entitled, Tidbits of Terror II, and features the lovely and curvaceous horror host Lei Luna played by Jamie lea (Tidbits of Terror, Bikini Monsters). Tidbits of Terror II interweaves a story around four short films by several different directors. The connecting story of this anthology was written by Comic-Con Inkpot award recipient, Nicola Cuti (Captain Cosmos, creator of E-man) and directed by John Lewis (Dark Dimensions, Tidbits of Terror).
The first of four films to be included on the Tidbits of Terror II anthology is entitled, Shaawanokie. This modern day monster movie brings new meaning to the urban legend of the skunk ape in the Florida Swamps. Directed by Ryan Workman of Hindsight Digital (Web of Darkness, Dark Dimensions).
Sands of Time and The Doll are never before seen short films from 1972 made by Tom Piccarelli, a frequent contributor to Creature Productions and a veteran musician.
The Shack finishes out the four included films on Tidbits of Terror II. The horror short, The Shack, was directed and produced by Terence Muncy (Hell Walks the Earth, Bikini Monsters).
Ashley Lauren Lewis (Dark Dimensions, Tidbits of Terror) produces Tidbits of Terror II along with Phillip Frank (Creature Watch, Tidbits of Terror), John Lewis (Dark Dimensions, Tidbits of Terror II), and Nicola Cuti (Captain Cosmos, creator of E-man) as the associate producer.
Along with horror host Lei Luna (Jamie Lea), Tidbits of Terror II also stars Al Rosenthal (Dark Dimensions), Cyndi Crotts (Brainjacked), and Bridget Stahl (Grub, Shaawanokie).
The production company, Creature Productions Inc, was founded in 2001 by John Lewis, Phillip Frank, and Ashley Lauren Lewis in Tampa Bay, FL. They have produced multiple short films (Permanent Job, The Phone Call) and two features (Grub, Dark Dimensions) plus several other works (Tidbits of Terror, Creature Watch). Creature Productions has also teamed up with other Companys like Warbranch Productions and Hindsight Digital on Bikini Monsters and Shaawanokie. Creature Productions Inc. has several features slated for production in 2010.
